SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Business Days

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

* Processing Time

Orders placed by 1 PM (EST) from Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 1 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Cost is Generated based on the products in your shopping cart and your Ship-to zip code. Simply add the items you want to your cart by clicking on the "Buy" button, then enter your zip code to calculate your shipping options and costs. There is no handling fee. This is a Real Time Shipping Calculator designed to give you real time rates from both UPS and USPS based on where you ship to and the weight or dimension of your order before you enter our Secure checkout. This feature works for United States addresses. Customers shipping to international locations can receive rate information during checkout before you submit payment.

Using Standard Delivery (Ground), orders shipped to the eastern half of the US (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, AR, IA, WI, KS, MN, MO, MS) usually arrive within 2 - 4 business days.

Using Standard Delivery (Ground), orders shipped to the western half of the US (WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, OK, TX, NM, LA, AK, HI, UT, CO) usually arrive within 4 - 5 business days.

Canada

Orders are shipped and expected delivery is usually within 2 - 8 business days (pending customs clearance).  Delivery will not occur without a valid phone number. Local taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories

All orders shipping to these locations must be delivered via 2 Day Air or UPS Overnight Air. There is an additional $8.00 charge. While most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options (2nd Day service) is not available.

Damages

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

Personal Touch by Shellie, LLC will take every care to make sure shopping with us is a pleasant experience. You may return any unused product to us within 14 days from the date of shipment for a credit or refund.  Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways.
All returned items for full refund and/or store credit must be in new and unopened condition, with all packaging materials and paperwork included. Items returned in any other condition will not be accepted for refund or store credit, unless authorization code that applies. Merchandise may be returned when accompanied by the following:

return authorization number

original receipt

packing slip

all original packaging

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Items sent back without the return authorization number, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

A return authorization number may be obtained by emailing orders@personaltouchbyshellie.com and authorization number will accompany additional instruction.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

Product Samples

Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)

For items opened and used, consideration (case by case basis) for partial store credit and/or an exchange, must also have an authorization number if considered accepted.  The instructions must be followed as outlined above.  A 20% processing fee will be applied against the original amount and less the credit. 

While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to damaged items section below.

Please note: products purchased at retail locations, or through other partnered businesses promoting Personal Touch By Shellie products, products must be returned to the retail stores.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact customer service at Personal Touch By Shellie at orders@personaltouchbyshellie.com: between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
